Designation: Regional Sales Manager

Location- North, West & South

We are looking to employ a highly driven & self-motivated Regional Sales Manager with an experience in Sales & Marketing in Chemical Industry to assist us with the day-to-day work. The Regional Sales Manager's responsibilities include developing strategies to improve sales, coordinating with the customers, effectively handling customer complaints, and assisting with the recruitment & training of sales staff.
The person should have a good knowledge of Polymers, Raw Water Treatment Chemicals, Textile Industry Chemicals, Sugar Chemicals, RO Chemicals, Paper Chemicals, pharmaceuticals, ceramics, etc. To be successful as the Regional Sales Manager, you should demonstrate exceptional communication & sales skills and self-motivation to align your vision with the company's vision.

Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Monitoring the self-performance in assigned regions.
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
• Extensive travel in the given region.
• Driving the overall sales & revenue for the specific region

Regional Sales Manager Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification – Chemical Engineer degree or Diploma.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is advantageous.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience.
• Proven experience in sales and customer service.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Relationship with OEMs
• Language preference – English, Hindi
